High Street Stores
For new tobacciana, the obvious place to look is a specialist tobacconist shop. However, these types of shops are becoming rarer in the high street. If you are lucky enough to live in or near a town or city with such a specialist shop, it is certainly worth visiting it.
Internet and Specialist Websites
The internet accommodates an abundance of websites offering a wide range of smoking products and tobacciana. From the comfort of your own home, it is possible to buy an item from an online shop based in America or Europe. You may have to pay more for postage and shipping if you are buying an item from abroad, but it will be worth it if it is something you covet! Mail Order

How to Buy Smoking Items and Tobacciana Safely
Here are some tips to make sure you have a positive and safe buying experience: Some smoking items such as cigarettes and cigars are probably best bought new of they are for consumption although some people will buy rare or collectible items and consume them on a special occasion. When buying anything that has been pre-owned, have realistic expectations. These items will probably not be in perfect condition. Read the description carefully before you ahead with the purchase. If you are lucky, the seller may provide clear photographs but this is not always the case.
Always ensure that the items you are buying are legal in the UK and that any import duties or regulations are accommodated. Finally, if the items you are buying are fragile or breakable, make sure they are not damaged by the process of delivery. If the object is large or bulky, make sure you have the means to organise its collection.
